Coalface Tech Podcast

Coalface Tech is a podcast about technology at the coalface. By IT pros, for IT pros.

James Bannan is a network manager and sysadmin at a K-12 private school in Melbourne, Australia. He has also been an IT writer and journalist for many years. He thinks that users are inherently evil and out to get him.

Craig Fiegert is a security, identity and infrastructure consultant based in Melbourne, Australia. He specialises in fixing other people’s catastrophes.

Mark Wilson is a UK-based solutions architect, long-time IT blogger and regular contributor to Coalface Tech. He thinks that vendors who use bait-and-switch sales tactics have a special circle of Hell reserved for them.

Alistair Weddell handles post-production for Coalface Tech, when he can be pulled away from parties, concerts, nightclubs, women, studies and Facebook.
